Check your booking confirmation and the cancellation policy that applied to your reservation. Some listings have strict cancellation rules set by the host or property owner.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued according to the host's cancellation policy. After we process a refund, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or card issuer.
In some cases (illness, travel restrictions, or other documented emergencies) we may be able to assist with an exception to the standard cancellation policy. Please contact support and include any relevant documentation.
